Given how bad Stan's memory was (in the video), we can't judge POW!'s state by his word. And while I don't think POW! is going bankrupt, I also don't think Stan or Gill would tell us, if it were.
It's getting painful to see Stan talking. I've seen a few interviews where Stan could not remember Dr. Strange's name, so it isn't just POW! stuff he can't remember. His memory seems much worse than a few months ago. I've said, for years now, Stan needs someone young, knowledgeable (about POW! and Marvel projects/characters), and personable to help in these interviews.
Besides getting "Lucky Man's" (and Stan Lee's Los Angeles Comic Con)name right, Stan could have mentioned a few more projects POW! has signed up for in the last few months/year, as well as "Chakra:The Invincible" part in the UN's Global Goals initiative (as well as new animated movies).
"Monkey Master" was in the news recently. The Stan Lee biopic was big news for a few days. "NITRON" was mentioned back as SDCC.
I'll have to watch the longer Stan Lee panel to see if Stan is still capable of adding value to POW!, otherwise POW! is just worth Stan's name, current projects, and unused IP.
