my conversation w/Gerald Commissiong had nothing to do with other shareholders, or their interests in AMBS, but rather a personal matter between us

what Gerald Commissiong, Fred Sommer & Dickie Galterio are all desperately trying to do, is to get ESS funded - immediately - at all costs - without being raped

without a public proxy delivered, there is no retail shareholder vote on 10/11

no one knows whether they will hold off on a RS at this meeting, but I would expect an update of some sort, to be made public, at sometime

we don't know if Magna is seeking to either sell AMBS outright, obtain ESS funding, or continue to suck it dry, like a dilutive parasite

Gerald Commissiong chose to go dirty long ago, and once you commit that mortal sin, IMHO, there is no salvation from it, or for your loyal shareholders

it was the intent of John Snyder, Esq., to have AMBS replace SRFF with a "non-conflict of interest" law firm,

but AMBS in and of itself, has no money and no resources to act autonomously - as it is now majority owned by Magna

subsequently, no further involvement has been evidenced by John Snyder, LLC, that we are aware of

and it is further suspected that the $17.5-Mil. USDOD AFIRM grant has not & will not be funded to AMBS, as the Fed will not give monies to a company that is broke and in Default

bottom line is - AMBS is at death's door

if GC and Ascendant Partners can't get funding, I simply don't see Magna putting 1 red cent of their own cash into AMBS - as they don't run businesses - they only scavenge them

with AMBS management not being paid their respective salaries fully or timely, IMHO a subtle message is being hand delivered to the few remaining AMBS employees by Magna
