The July 10, 2017 date is correct. The December date in what I cut and pasted was from a proposed schedule, evidently the court adopted a somewhat more accelerated time line. Here is a link to the actual order:

One could spend a lot of time following this litigation, I confess I have not. There is a lot of motion practice and from looking at the docket entries, it doesn't seem like they are on schedule, they are still fighting over whether the complaint and defenses can be amended and how, so whether they actually go to trial in July is a question.

Mostly the magistrate has granted leave to seal various documents but doesn't seem to have decided much of substance.
