R/S coming per NVSOS Filing from previous post.

typical, they pushed out old management for screwing up on a convertable debt
and are now wipeing out the old shareholders so they can line their pockets with new shares at cheap prices, also employee incentives are not always subject to a R/S so they still got a big payoff ?...

Just the little guy that gets SCREWED as usual...
