The fact that AQMS is a disruptive technology company sets it apart from the majority of investment opportunities. Once TRIC is producing it's target recycled battery components other Counties will be standing in line to vie for future facility locations, making Aqua Metals a premier growth name in the community of stocks. I expect someday a now large competitor in the secondary lead smelting business will buy the lead patent, leaving Aqua Metals to pursue Phase 3, recycling of other metals using it's proprietary AquaRefining.
So i think your plastic recycling company would have a tough time meeting the same quality standards of AQMS, although it's endeavour to compete in the food safe niche is admirable. I just don't think it will change the world for the better.
