I win.... read below! As of yesterday, Oct 5th, Purdon the fraud was denied all efforts for a retrial. His only option now is to pay, BK or appeal. He's too much of a PUS__Y to appeal though! Good reading below!

Michael Lattuca Plaintiff vs. Genesis Electronics Group, Inc. (Used to hype the Osceola gold mine as its own until 2 weeks ago), and Raymond F. Purdon defendants, Jury verdict as follows:

GEGI is held responsible for breach of employment contract $93,800.00

Raymond F. Purdon: Total amount of damages to Michael Lattuca by reason of Raymond F. Purdon's fraud, $50,000.00

Punitive damages awarded to Michael Lattuca against Raymond F. Purdon in the amount of $100,000.00

Date of loss is March 2010 and interest is retroactive on all counts and dollar amounts awarded.

Attorneys fees are also expected to be awarded as our recovery was greater than 25% over the offer of settlement that Raymond F. Purdon declined in 2012. Estimated attorney's fees, $150,000.00

Finally, and this makes the most sense, my private investigator says that Ray's girlfriend looks like a little boy hahahaahahaha...
