Gp, I may hold off on the Roth transfer until next year as we are too close to years end. An early transfer next year gets us at least 20 months to pay the taxes.

If you transfer in and out this year, you need to wait 30 days to back in again. Theoretically you can make the transfer into the Roth now and get out again in early December. This would allow you to get back into the Roth in early January. I am looking at this option and would consider it only if we approach your target price.

Since you convinced me about your Russell short theory do you not suspect the market cap will be kept low until we drop out of the Russell again?
