looking for an outright buy-out of AMBS defaulted loans by ESS potential suitor

1.) it gets rid of Magna's financial choke hold
2.) saves the company
3.) may provide the ability to wipe the slate clean and do a "reset"
4.) gives Gerald a chance at remaining w/new Owners to pursue MANF & Eltopra

some deep pockets bio-pharma could walk away with AMBS for a kewel $16-Mil.

but in truth, AMBS is negotiating from weakness, as opposed to strength...
