The bigger FACT is that this company has a long history of making big promises and building big hype, then not producing. You can call that BS, but you do so at your own financial peril. The pattern is exactly as it has been in the past: generate enthusiasm and false hopes ahead of massive dilution. All it does is help management profit before devaluing your shares.
