Customer retention

As a now former customer of FTR I warned everyone what was going on in the customer side here in Texas. They will get new customers coming in however there will be a massive exit first and will at least in the short term hurt this company. They need a complete redo on how they treat customers. they make time warner look like my sweet Grandma
