I have spoken to TCA several times and they are willing to discuss somethings but with ongoing case they are limited in what they can say.

If you do a search with the Florida courts, you will see page after page after page of lawsuits that involve TCA Global, they sue EVERYONE..

My opinion is, they willingly fudge things so they can sue companies with tickers so they can make 100x their money for tons more shares as settlement. Just look at their dozens and dozens of past lawsuits and what their settlements amount too.
