As being on this board for many yrs one person in particular likes to twist facts about the company in fact posted over and over again that ptah never had a loan with tca. The best thing right now is the speculation of how the outcome of case... As I have been around with several other stocks that used tca there has been many many cases that tca wins and fast. Leonard is a good lawyer and if people would read the document's of the case they would see TCA is very shady... I have not tried to get a hold of tim yet but in next .. ptah moves different then most penny plays this recent volume is a good sign something is up...
