I've been long this stock for over year and a half and believe it is the best value you can buy right now. I don't believe they will be bought out anytime soon with Dror at the helm. I personally think this is why Ori Shilo left a while ago. He was quoted as saying it was due to wanting to see his family more, but I don't believe that for a second. There probably have been some offers (Dror has been quoted as saying there have been several offers) that Dror has shot down, and I believe that's what made Ori quit. We should be thankful however because now we will have a true specialty pharma with much higher revenues and pps, if you are in it for the long haul.
