Does it provide a reason? What platform are you trading on? Did you call their support or your broker? Some platforms don't allow trading of certain types of stock like ADRs. Some don't allow trading of OTC stock but you would never have been able to but Epaz for which you were issued the FLXR that has now been converted to VWIN.
