Pinkyland is an ungoverned playground for fraudsters. Regulatory agencies don't care what goes on here and neither would the public.
A few dozen people losing a few thousand dollars is insignificant.

Did FINRA do anything to stop these scammers? Nope - took a lawsuit and court order to do that after the damage was already done.
