If you look at the SEC filings on the SEC website, there is a draft registration statement. The "DRS" is apparently listed by both VEND and NBEV. A "DRS" apparently, I've never heard of one, allows for secrecy and since VEND filed your 10Q yesterday, maybe this DRS allowed them not to speak about a not-yet-completed deal between the companies.

I'm an investor in NBEV. If I had to guess, given VEND has cash flow problems, we might be buying that arm of your business. NBEV is a distributor and a manufacturer of drinks within the "healthy beverage" segment. I'm guessing we're buying 3,000 plus of non-conventional distribution points that dovetail nicely with NBEV's products.

But that's all speculation.
