TMaga, the point here is the systematic approach how PTTN does not disclose important information in my opinion, it seems very shady how a company behind a company becomes a major shareholder without living up to the reporting requirements (I don't see anything on my Bloomberg), the creative accounting of PTTN seems to not show the cash flow of all those contracts ... this is an SEC / NASD issue.

There might something coming, or not. In the past it didn't happen.

I might look around for a whistle blower contact to see if there is anybody picking up on the other side.
