What reason would you think Echo would get better terms. It's the opposite the investor dictates the terms. If the funding let's say is $5M in stages which they will need if successful because they would not get any revenue in my opinion until beginning of 3rd quarter. The stock trading at 50cents. AS an investor why would you pay more for the price of the shares knowing that if echo does not agree it goes into bankruptcy. The board has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders to accept a reasonable offer to avoid bankruptcy unless they are 100% sure they would be better off filing for bankruptcy and have a plan to reorganize. I do not believe for a second that is the case. Thereby a 5M funding will in my opinion dilute the stock 66%. I would be interested to know why you think echo could negotiate better terms.
