They of course are paying him in shares, hence the outstanding volume flooded the market for nearly 15mm and float increased. These are classic bulletin board moves of a company with $0 .. But congrats to them for making something out of nothing. Well, not nothing exactly, their extra $$ comes from our pockets ultimately. But who's counting.
