Bottomline,

If someday this company succeeds commercializing something with basic success, the company will be worth more than what they put in.

The problem is you have Dahl running around yelling funding, funding, funding, while HEP Investments keeps upping their commitment but doesn't continuously provide funding to keep the train moving. Case in point, end of last year they upped the commitment to $12.5 million, yet the 8k says they've provided just over $9 million thru September. Why is Dahl crying things are slow due to funding if they are supposed to be committed to another $3.5 million before today that hasn't been provided to keep the wheels moving??????

Just a guess but one of the members is either tossing in a chunk of new cash or they found someone else to join the group.

Prior documents indicated they needed $5 million to commercialize one vertical to completion. One would think new commitment would move the needle but the needle only moves if they provide the money to move things along otherwise the commitment looks nice but....... proof is in action.

They were asking for $6.8 million separately for 40% of Wellmetris.

Another issue is they need to pick ONE VERTICAL AND GET IT DONE SHOWING A CLEAR PATH AND TIMING TO GET THERE.

What the company needs is continuous funding to completion. Based on the history thus far one can extrapolate the funding has not been continuous. That is the only explanation unless one considers it mgmt incompetence. If it is incompetence, that is still on the lender as the lender put mgmt in place and has not made a change.

I realize the company probably does not exist without the lender but one might conclude the lender is part of the reason the company is where it is.

Only time will tell......
