The company has positive news and the stock price goes down. I have been waiting for some bad news, maybe it will go up. It has traded around 60 million shares since the reverse stock split and has gone down in price. What does that tell us? With only 25 million outstanding, either Ralston is raising cash again or traders are buying on the dip and selling on the rip. I don't believe anyone is accumulating shares. Am I wrong????
