No revenue possible until 2017, and then only if they make sales. They will not make the 100 day, 1000 vehicles mark the 8-K referenced, but they are at least communicating progress. That will hold long-term investors (the relatively new ones who aren't burned out and disillusioned). And it means they may also actually finish a truck. The PR shows indicates they are at least going through the motions of 'getting the design' right, which is a plus for longer term viability of the product. But I'm not convinced the market is looking for built in generators (I hope I'm wrong).
I am invested for the pump and generator applications which are no longer being mentioned. It could mean they have a technical problem or maybe the company got smart and said focus on 1 product at a time until revenue is created. Although I think the pump or generator products are far more compelling and have more revenue potential.
Also noticed the PR sounded like the first generation of trucks would not have their cooling technology...which could also point to a design issue or a testing issue. So it sounds like they are getting a smaller product out (10 to 30 kVA) to create revenue which will be used to finish up their cooling technology design. Seems smarter than trying to bring 3 products to market simultaneously.
Market wasn't impact by news, it just cares about revenue at this point. Price will likely languish through the end of the year. Hopefully they stay away from convertible loans AND finish on the schedule they outlined.
