No, Wal-Mart doesn't pay up front for their products so the money goes into a 'Receivable' account, to be received on a later date. Since Glucose Health needs the money now, they sold their receivables to Citibank at a discount, hopefully not a big discount for our sake. Citibank will do this because they know Wal-Mart will pay and they're credit is good. I see this as good news because they have enough receivables for Citibank to find the deal lucrative, which means they've sold a lot of product! It'd be nice to see the stock price reflect that though. :(
