Butt wait, before you answer that one, please explain WHY Recliner Timmy would nott also lower the AS by the same 1 for 30 ratio that he's crushing down the commons by?

If there is no dilution planned, then WHY NOTT also lower the AS by the 1 for 30 ratio also???
