Brwc. Put eyes here. Was ran down on huge short. Huge deal on buying water source and deal with export on the edge. 2x3x coming in days. Broke pattern and moving 35%+ in next few days. 70% of shares locked Canada in with no trade. Won't take much$$$ to make this move huge.
