At least they are still in business. The last 10Q had them running out of money in August. They must have gotten some advance money from one or more of the movie projects. I think there were three potential deals in the quarter (NITRON, Stan Lee (fictional) biopic, and Monkey Master). I would guess the biopic would get the most upfront money. We won't know until the the 10Q in Nov.
Stan and Gill don't answer any investor questions, so the company will probably stay off the radar until a "big" project comes through, a movie starts filming, the company is profitable, Stan bites it, or some company makes a bid for the company.
It should be an interesting Stan Lee's Los Angeles Comic Con (Stan Lee's Comikaze Expo was easier to write), between all the movie projects announced and the comic con name change. I'm hoping they can preview some stuff (like "Lucky Man" or "The Reflection").
