And down today lower than the prior low! In fact, DCLT closed today at 0.001461 - BELOW THE LOW BID yesterday!

Yesterday, sunbuddy prolly had an old limit buy GTC order ~OUTT from many months ago and forgot to cancel it. When the ASK dropped to 0.0018 it gott hitt.

Prolly doesn't even know that a crushing 1 for 30 reverse split is coming.
