I disagree. Cannell has been a holder for a long time, and had a very large position. They have been reducing that position slowly over the last year, without regard to current operations at HH.
My assessment is that they simply wanted out, in order to make investments where they could have more impact on management.
Also, as of the last filing by Cannell, they were already down to a less than 5% holding, so they have already completed most of their selling. They are, at this point, not likely to have much impact on the price going forward.
