Your float is worthless because the remaining subsidiary will be sold and dilution is planned.

They issued shares at .0043 and they will sell these shares. And they increased the a/s to 150m to issue more shares.

You have it black on white.

If you tell me i´m not correct, then you say the company lied, it was a quote from companys filing.

The o/s is what counts, not the float. Market cap $2,1m. The float is only important if you plan to manipulate a stock.
