SLIMEBAG BARRY SCHWARTZ wants the litigation to be over so he can revise his scam in a blue sky state like Florida and continue to exchange his worthless securities for cash and broken promises. Unfortunately for that scum sucking bottom feeder, that will never happen. Mr. Grushkin was fully in the right when he revealed Barry Scchwartz and Lisa Bershan's frauds and mistreatment of investors. Mr. Grushkin intends to fight this to the bitter end and will be parading a long line of witnesses to court(assuming Schwartz eventually stops making lame excuses to delay the proceeding) including deceived investors, unpaid vendors, and stiffed employees. This list will feature Barry Schwartz's own son Jonathan, who Barry stiffed for $30,000 of unpaid wages. Barry and Lisa have hurt so many people so deeply and so hard, there will be no shortage of witnesses providing testimony against those two low life dead beats.
