Why would the convertible debt people be converting and selling at a 65% loss when their debt conversion price was $2.50 a share? --- how do you figure accredited investors are selling for any kind of loss when they got a very deep .0025 (fixed) discount on those shares which as you well know, was discussed at length on this board back when company was being promoted as the second coming and in spite of my DD facts that reflected the complete opposite that also turned out to be right on?? http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1397016/000157104914006582/t1402258_8k.htm
