We need the CEO to get his act together and get caught up with the filings that he is afraid to report as everything here has been liquidated. When is the pathetic POS going to start doing something to restore value that was lost? The only thing this crumb has did was secure his own stake and his daughters ownership of all class A preferred stock. The CEO seriously needs to step down and sell this shell to somebody who will do something with it since he does absolutely nothing for the company or it's shareholders.
