I watched HJOE default on a TCA loan and HJOE ended up obtaining more toxic financing with much worse terms than with TCA - to repay the TCA loan.

If Schadel and Kimmy think they are going to hustle TCA - they are in for a nightmare - those guys are relentless on collections.
