That is true but they are already working on adding the items into the next vote that will push it thru..On a positive note OPEC should be signing off on caps and cuts in November which will have a upwards effect on oil.Most pundits are seeing it 50-60 by end of year.All these variables mean we have to have patience as these outside factors move to our advantage.Just have to give it time.Huge upside potential as oil will move even higher next year..we are not that far away.
