There is still an appeal I believe that Apple can use? Then I think the award is good to go if the appeal does not change the outcome.

Apple might have to post a bond to secure payment if they appeal. Then the money is drawn from the bond that was secured and ordered by the court if no change in the outcome. I think that is how it goes from watching other companies with conflicts.
