If Recliner Timmy did the reverse split for the reasons he claimed and nott for dilution, then he should lower the AS by the exact same ratio - reduce the AS to 1/30th of the current level. If he doesn't, it's just proof that he's still lying about the reasons for the RS and intends to dilute the piss ~OUTT of the stock.

The bottom line with DCLT is that the biziness is going nowhere - it's dead in the water and losing munny every Q.
