I don't think we can know until they either put out news or don't. It could be a manifestation of the TA investors seeing a bump, then making it happen by investing and running it up.
Certainly the other 7 million could begin being dumped on Monday. That would probably take the price down maybe as low as 7 or 8 cents. But if the last PR sticks is correct and we start getting monthly updates than any meaningful news in Oct should send shares up. I'm not expecting any PR until after the Oct 11 date and then it could be as meaningless as reporting the outcome of the fairness hearing.
