Whatever you believe. The original question asked was when CBAI should be bought, and i restate my response.--If you believe that CBAI will grow,merge,be sold or will buy a company, buy now. If waiting for .0003's and happens the company will be out of business and no purchase should be made at that price.Not a complicated concept.
