That's great but.... USPS lost $71 Billion in 2015 and it isn't likely to pay that debt.

"It's likely USPS will require a taxpayer bailout."

The only hope USPS has is...Get rid of junk mail which crowds our mailboxes. And focus on parcels and Internet sales. You're losing money all over the place. Spend money to make money. It will be a long time before your failing company gets it together. Millions of parcels take up more space than millions of letters. Can't fit that kind of volume in a post office. Gonna need to spend taxpayer money on infrastructure. Know your facts please.
Then, you can debate me about UPS.

The world has changed and USPS must adapt to stay alive. I fear USPS might be too financially disabled to keep up with its peers.

My next post will just be on the lazy incapable USPS worker.
