Yes, they are an electrician service. I meant more that any relationship with Windstream is no longer. But, Windstream never did installs, you bought the product, found an electrician, had it installed. I tried to buy one almost 2 years ago, still waiting for a callback. I will send them an email and ask them, I don't Facebook...
