There's been some discussion of that over on Investor Village board. Most seem to think a run into the $5 area is all for now. While this was again another win for VHC, Apple is not done with their appeals, etc.
If you don't have IV site for VHC discussion, it seems to have the most in depth talk, and has input from several people who attended this trial and prior ones.
