One additional clause that can be worked into the deal would be shareholders from a certain date X/X/2016 would receive shares of the other company in two stages. The first stage in 2016 and 2nd stage within a specified time period (but the exclusion would be those that hold shares of PPHM that are NOT shorted against and must be held for the set period of time to cash in on the 2nd stage of matching shares from that other BP

.... Again, there must be ways that Peregrine can work things into a deal that stops the stock manipulation and stops some from shorting the stock
