Not true!!..I expect hype to be counteracted by dilution.

To what extent is hard to forecast as we do not know how many shares TRTC must sell in the next month. Only that they have filed to raise $75 million, which is over 200 million shares. Add to that automatic conversion of preferred shares into common of over 100 million and you have almost doubled the outstanding shares without adding value.

Also looking at TRTC's recent losses of almost $5 million per quarter it to s hard to imagine too much of a pre election run up.

If Nevada passes rec. then their should be a rise in price unless it is met with dilution.
