Thank you Long. I've been up since early this AM reading & re-reading the filing & share exchange agreement & trying to find in depth information on VC2. I want to know if or how much of a vested interest Oringer has in "Pixel Holdings". I believe Oringer himself is the asset we will benefit from most, not shutterstock although that doesn't hurt when institutions start taking notice.

Tell me anything you know about VC2. Who knows, it might be 'Venture Capital Two' for all I know & just maybe a brand new billionaire from Silicone Alley might be a player. I'm betting Oringer has a major role in this play & his experience of building a digital content company from scratch would be in-valuable.
