Lost in translation: trend down means shareprice going down, not up. Dilution will more than offset election positives in the short run. It was likely diluted on Friday as well. If that continues expect the price to drop more. Insiders selling are also indicative of the huge dilution coming.

If not for the dilution I would likely tend to be long.
