You sell yourself short again. You give me insight into what the rubber-hits-the-road reality is in the doctors' offices/OR. Example, this below I didn't know:

Doctors are largely sheep, easily led, but only by what is considered "standard of care", and "stat-sig" only gets us partway there. I tend to agree with some of the "glass half-empty" crowd here in that if the responding subgroup in the study was significantly large (stat-sig again), the study probably would not have been terminated

Cp/sunstar/eb/mh could really reply to this far better than myself, but my take is why, then, present Sunrise stat sig data in OS at ESMO if only end-of-trial SOC moved the needle? The theory here is that Sunrise was terminated early to gather together data that was stat sig and therefore presentable to the biotech world. And a biomarker! They already had the answers they wanted without continuing the trial. Time is of the essence.

I DO know that in a few days ESMO will answer your glass half empty concerns. And in November Dr. Wolchok your mice ones.

Always enjoy your straightforward replies. Now get some rest this weekend. You're not on call, maybe, this weekend, so relax. And doc, if you bought far more than an option or two next week, you might make enough to throw off that surgical mask and head for the beach! For a long, long time!
