In regards to what u said, I take the opposite view. The news will propel the stock on a court settlement. Shareholders sell into the news over a period of a few days. The co. spends the $ the way they want and everyone is happy. If u believe in Glenn sell a portion of your shares to get your original money back and let the rest ride.
