I would guess they have some inventory left, but don't forget they provided a bunch of units (i.e. inventory) to Argentina. I am pretty sure they were the primary supplier to India when it started up until they could establish their own. One would have to do a current inventory which has clearly changed dramatically since that was reported. One must remember that valuations are NOT carved in stone. They change overnight. Hell, that EpiPen changed overnight from ~$100 to ~$600 or whatever. There was a (livable) house for sale on the Internet in Michigan for $40 after that state's housing market collapsed. Things change and shit happens! Even the dollar and all other currencies do not hold their value but change moment by moment. I don't have access to what was listed when that referenced document was made but I can see that being easily defended with all the changes in the economy and changes in WSTI in particular. Besides, those are far too piddly of numbers for a SEC lawyer to even blink at. There really will not be any prosecutions over such things. I'm also confident that they can probably pull up some "cover-your-ass" documents with the appropriate disclaimers. Courts always uphold the fact that companies fail and investors must apriori know that. As a final thought, if you look in each of the 10Qs you will see the verbiage stating that the company can fail for this that and the other due to whatever even if it happens on Tuesday or any other reason. It even states that it can go out of business for blah blah blah. I think there are enough legal cover-their-asses avoid any proprietorial pressures.
