1) Issue a report telling investors what is going on. The good, the bad and the ugly, would be the title.

2) I would take a minimal living wage salary until a set of goals was achieved.

3) I would remove from the BOD anyone who does not have the requisite expertise, either in business strategy or technology.

These are all basic, fundamental common-sense things that ANY CEO of ANY public company should be doing.

I wonder why Seymour has such a hard time with it.
