Sometimes a legitimate company is running by crooked management who employ crooked scam tactics onto an otherwise viable business. Tyco comes to mind. MCI Worldcom. Those two may or not be good examples but I'm sure you get the point.

It's possible, however unlikely, NNVC does have a cure for all viruses (lol lol lol lol) but its CEO and founder are disgusting scum bags who are doing everything in their power to fool naive Joe Sixpack investors into buying based on time lines they have no reasonable basis of forecasting while profiting handsomely from those unreasonable forecasts.
